Scientists of the Japanese university of Keio have developed a computer program with which an Avatar can be steered, e.g., in Second Life only with strength of thought. The cerebral activities are transmitted with the help of electrodes to a laptop. Then the new Sostware translates the cerebral signals into the orders which steer the Avatar.
